Job summary

ALDI in Sydney is hiring Store Assistants. No retail know-how is required; you just need a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Our stores are open daily with lots of variety as you rotate across store areas, gaining broad experience.

You’ll help customers at registers, stock shelves, manage pricing and dates, and create attractive displays. Expect an average of 15 hours per week with permanent part-time perks, including paid leave, parental leave and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Store assistants needed with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the registers with a smile.
• Keep shelves stocked and facing so customers can find favourites.
• Ensure products are in date and priced correctly.

• Keep the store tidy, organized and presentable.
