ALDI Stores in NSW is hiring Store Assistants to join our retail team. No prior retail know-how is needed; we’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Our stores are open every day, including weekends and holidays, offering variety across roles rather than a single task. You will support customers, stock shelves, ensure products are in date and priced correctly, and help create attractive displays.

Qualifications

• No retail know-how required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability for weekends and holidays is advantageous.
• Average 20–25 hours per week with permanent part-time perks.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the registers with a smile.
• Keep shelves stocked and neatly presented.
• Ensure products are in date and correctly priced.
• Create eye-catching displays of ALDI specials.
• Maintain a tidy, organized store environment.
