Job summary

ALDI Stores in Sydney is seeking Store Assistants to join our friendly team. No prior retail knowledge is required; bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll be part of a busy store environment with opportunities for training and development.

You’ll rotate through different store areas, stock shelves, price items accurately, and help create engaging displays of ALDI specials while keeping the store neat and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

• No formal retail experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile.
• Keeping shelves stocked with products so that our customers can find all their favourites.
• Being an expert in stock handling by making sure our products are in date and listed at the right price.
• Creating eye-catching displays of our ALDI special buys.
• Keeping the store tidy, organised and looking great.
