Job summary

Uniform Management Services is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our Ipswich region stores. You'll be the face of our school uniform shop, helping customers choose the right fit, processing sales, and maintaining store presentation.

The role offers 9–12 hours per week with additional hours during peak periods, and you will float between Ipswich area locations. A friendly, reliable approach and experience in retail or customer service are preferred, with Blue Card and Police Check funded

The Role

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of our store – helping customers find the right fit, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product selection and fittings
• Operating the register and processing sales
• Restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
• Ensuring displays are neat and well-organised
• Packing online orders
• Supporting store teams during peak periods (e.g., back-to-school)
