David Jones is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead an in-store team at our iconic retailer. You will deliver a customer-centric environment, coaching staff to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions while driving sales and creating warm connections with shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on service principles, engage customers and drive sales.
• Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the selling floor, inspiring the team to connect with customers.
• Collaborate with store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while remaining commercially aware.
• Coordinate with VM and Logistics to ensure stock is floor-ready on time.
• Flag feedback opportunities to the Merchandise team.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and mitigate loss with selling/support teams.
