Job summary

Elders Rural Services in Kyneton is seeking a customer-focused salesperson for a permanent, full-time role. You will own customer inquiries, identify sales opportunities and build long-term relationships within Elders Kyneton.

Previous agricultural experience is valued but not essential; attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are key. Training and tools provided to support career growth within Elders network.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused salesperson to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone with a positive 'can do' attitude and a genuine drive to help customers. You will be one of the friendly faces of the branch, taking ownership of customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities and building trusted, long-term relationships. You'll play an important part in delivering outstanding service, ensuring customers receive the support they need while contributing to a collaborative and welcoming team environment.

Previous agricultural or farming experience would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and ability to connect with people in and around Elders Kyneton.
