Bakers Delight Brentford Square is seeking a capable Assistant Sales Manager to lead our store team and drive sales in Melbourne. The role involves coaching staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer service standards.

• Previous experience and proven success in retail sales.

• Powerful leading skills in managing staff and tasks.
• Possess strong customer service, upselling and strategic sales skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement retail strategies to raise store traffic and increase sales.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete bakery administrative duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding bakery compliance and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on customer trends and needs, and provide feedback to instigate change to meet current demands.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and customer numbers.
• Provide constructive feedback to the sales teams on their performance and training needs.
• Prepare and manage rostering of sales rostering.
• Manage with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
• Lead and develop a team of highly performing staff.
• Additional duties as required.
