Smoke Mart & Giftbox, part of the Viva Energy group, invites you to join our Darwin team as a Sales Assistant. You will deliver a high level of customer service, manage cash handling and EFTPOS, and build strong rapport with customers in a fast-paced, retail setting.

You will develop product knowledge across pillars, support merchandising and store presentation, and work toward budgets and KPIs while adhering to WHS and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
• Sound Cash Handling and Eftpos

• Work towards budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Assist with stock control and quality management
• Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
