Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
RAA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Victor Harbor. You will build relationships with members, guide them to suitable insurance products and Road Service plans, and contribute to sales targets in a dynamic, member-focused environment.
You'll balance in-store service with occasional contact-centre support, handle multiple systems, and engage with a supportive team while progressing your skills across RAA’s product range.
Join the RAA team at our Victor Harbor Shop and build your sales and customer service skills in a role where every day is different.
This isn’t your average retail role. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll help our members find the right insurance products and Road Service plans to suit their needs. You’ll have meaningful conversations with customers, identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions and play an important role in growing and retaining RAA’s membership.
You’ll also have the opportunity to step away from the shop floor on some days and dial into our Contact Centre, supporting the team by handling member calls and helping generate additional sales. This gives you the chance to build your confidence across different customer channels while working towards shared team and sales goals.
Monday to Friday, plus 1-2 weekend shifts per month, paid at an overtime rate.
Full-time training for the first four weeks, based at our Head Office in Adelaide CBD.
You’ll be a confident, motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, sales conversations and working towards team and individual goals.
