RAA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for our Victor Harbor shop to help members choose insurance products and Road Service plans. You’ll deliver outstanding service and lead conversations to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.

Join a dynamic team with four weeks of full-time training at our Adelaide Head Office and the chance to support our Contact Centre when needed, contributing to sales targets and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is essential; sales experience highly regarded.
• Confident, motivated and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems and navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build member relationships.
• Engage in meaningful sales conversations and identify customer needs.
• Promote RAA Insurance and Road Service products to members.
• Support the Contact Centre when required.
