Smoke Mart & Giftbox is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and drive a fun, engaging shopping experience. You will handle cash and Eftpos transactions, learn product knowledge across all pillars, and support store presentation and stock control in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and complying with WHS and security guidelines. A police check may be required if selected for interview.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid Police Check required if successful in interview.

Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
• Sound Cash Handling and Eftpos
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
• Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
• Work towards budgets, targets and KPI's
• Assist with stock control and quality management
• Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
