DNA Recruitment is helping a growing furniture retailer in Preston look for a Furniture Sales Associate. The role focuses on hitting sales targets, delivering outstanding in-store and phone service, and converting leads into sales while maintaining an appealing showroom.

The successful candidate will thrive on a target-driven environment, be confident engaging customers, and be comfortable using sales systems. This is a permanent full-time position with 38 hours weekly and weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys helping customers, achieving targets and earning commissions.

The Role

• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
• Follow up customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process sales orders using in-house systems

About You

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality or customer service
• Confident in engaging customers and closing sales
• Target-driven with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and sales systems
• Furniture, homewares or premium retail experience advantageous

Store Trading Hours

• Monday-Friday: 9:30am-5:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am-5pm
• Sunday: 10am-5pm

• Two rostered days off during the week (Monday-Friday)
• Working hours rostered around showroom trading hours
• Fortnightly payment
