DNA Recruitment is partnering with a leading furniture retailer in Aspley, QLD, to hire a Furniture Sales Associate. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, helping customers find perfect furniture and décor, driving sales and meeting targets, and processing orders using in-house systems.

You should have a background in retail or customer service, be passionate about sales, and be comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Known for stylish, modern collections including sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and home décor, our client is seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience and drive sales.

The Role

• Help customers find the perfect furniture and décor pieces
• Drive sales and exceed personal and team targets
• Provide exceptional customer service, in-store and over the phone
• Follow up leads and inquiries to convert into sales
• Maintain showroom presentation to premium standards
• Process orders using in-house systems

About You

• Must able to work both Sat & Sun
• RDO - 2 days during the week ( Mon to Fri)
• 38 hrs week
• Fortnightly payment
