New Balance in Melbourne's Highpoint store is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver exceptional, personalized service and help customers find the right footwear and apparel.

You’ll drive sales through consultative selling, share product knowledge, and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s quality. A positive, energetic attitude and passion for fashion and sport complete the fit.

As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life, your responsibilities include:
