Zusammenfassung

Petstock Tasmania is seeking a motivated Team Member to help deliver outstanding customer service and expert pet care advice across our Melbourne-area stores. You will engage with customers to find the best products, process sales, and ensure shelves are well stocked and presented.

A strong team spirit and willingness to learn about pets are essential. You will contribute to a positive store culture, support safety practices, and participate in bonus/leave programs as part of our comprehensive

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in retail
• Ability to educate customers on products
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Physical ability to lift items up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
