Smokemart & Gift Box Warrnambool East is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our busy store in Warrnambool. You will deliver high levels of customer service, build rapport with shoppers, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling and EFTPOS, maintaining store standards and merchandising, working toward budgets and KPIs, stock control, and complying with WHS and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
• Sound Cash Handling and EFTPOS – learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
• Maintaining high level of store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
• Working towards budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Assisting with stock control and quality management
• Following national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
