Baby Bunting in Adelaide's Hectorville is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for permanent part-time roles. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help new and expectant parents, demonstrate products, and keep the store well presented.

You’ll work on a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Prior customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 15 kg are valued. Training, staff discounts, and parental leave benefits are offered.

RSA 1: Thursday 4:00pm–7:00pm | Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm

RSA 2: Friday 2:00pm–5:30pm | Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm

About the Role

What you bring to the team:

• Prior Customer Service Experience.

• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
