Job summary

Coles Group in Erskine Park is seeking a Production Supervisor for Retail Ready Operations to oversee production, operations and daily activities, driving efficiency and safety. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and apply Lean/CI principles across the site.

Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager, you’ll foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture while delivering measurable targets and supporting growth opportunities. Roster: Thu-Sun, 1PM–12Midnight.

Qualifications

• Proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects and/or processes.
• Able to set ambitious team goals with measurable targets.
• Great communication skills that foster collaboration and inclusiveness.
• Cert III or IV in food processing and/or experience in FMCG/short shelf-life production.
• Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principles.
