Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor for Retail Ready Operations at Erskine Park. You will oversee all production, operations and daily activities, while driving efficiencies and maintaining a safe working environment.

You’ll introduce positive changes, streamline processes and elevate team performance with a diverse, growth‑minded group. The role operates Thursday to Sunday, 1PM to Midnight, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in food processing or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG/short shelf-life production.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI principles.
• Proactive in driving continuous improvement; good communication and collaboration.
