Coles Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for Retail Ready Operations at Erskine Park. You will oversee production, daily activities, and safety, driving improvements and streamlining processes across the team in a fast-paced retail-ready environment.

You will lead a diverse team while implementing Lean/CI principles and maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration within the operation.
