Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Production Technician for MilkCo at Erskine Park. You will oversee the production line, manage automated machinery for milk processing, filling and packaging, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and continuous learning within a fast-paced FMCG environment. A rotating roster is part of the schedule, with early and late shifts to cover the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG food manufacturing site operating production machinery.
• Experience in food processing; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Proven fault finding, repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Experience applying quality control techniques and inspections.
• Willingness to learn and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line operations of MilkCo to ensure smooth running.
• Manage automated machinery in milk processing, filling, packaging, and logistics.
• Uphold best practices and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
