What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle permits & approvals, liaising with local authorities

• Oversee construction & contractor management, ensuring high standards
• Identify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing small to medium-scale projects
• Strong understanding of development, construction & fit-outs
• Financial acumen & ability to control budgets autonomously
• Exceptional problem-solving & communication skills
• Hospitality or retail project experience (bonus points!)
• Willingness to travel interstate for projects
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
