Job summary

Nike Retail Queensland is looking for an Operations Specialist (3IC) to lead a small team, deliver premium in-store service, and manage rostering and payroll while engaging customers on the floor. Reporting to the Coach – Operational Excellence, you will drive sales, coach your team, and foster an inclusive, energetic culture with strong communication and computer skills.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with weekend/evening/holiday availability and employee benefits including

Qualifications

• Passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow leadership career.
• 1–2 years retail leadership experience in stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer proficiency.
• Natural sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers.
• Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
• Drive targets and KPIs by unlocking your team's potential.
• Split between office (rostering, payroll) and cash wrap (serving consumers on registers).
