Job summary

Nike Retail at Uni Hill is seeking an Assistant Head Coach, Operations to lead Back of House functions and develop a high-performing team. You’ll drive service culture, stock management, and rostering with a focus on coaching and development to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Reporting to the Head Coach, you’ll manage a large team, support KPIs, and balance priorities on a rotating roster with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large retail team.
• Strong stock management and logistics knowledge.
• Proven coaching and staff development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
