The Springs Home & Garden in Toowoomba is seeking a Nursery Sales Specialist to join our busy retail nursery team on a full-time basis. You will provide expert plant advice, assist with stock, and drive sales in a vibrant outdoor setting.

We value a certificate in horticulture or equivalent experience, strong retail know-how, and a customer-first approach. The role offers full-time stability with an alternate weekend roster and opportunities for growth within a beautiful workplace.

Qualifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Nursery Sales Specialist to join our busy retail nursery team on a full-time basis.
