Job summary

Turosi Pty Ltd, a leading Australian poultry processor, seeks an experienced National Account Manager Retail to manage a portfolio of retail customer accounts from Melbourne or Sydney. You will drive profitable growth, coordinate JBPs and align with internal teams to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Reporting to the National Business Manager Retail, you will build strong customer relationships, deliver exceptional service and contribute to the continued growth of our retail business within

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Key Account Management within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Sound commercial awareness, margins and profitability understanding.
• Experience supporting customer negotiations, promotional activities and account planning.
• Good analytical, reporting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an allocated portfolio of retail customers.
• Support the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Work towards agreed sales, volume and profitability targets.
• Coordinate customer meetings, business reviews and account planning activities.
• Assist with pricing discussions, promotional programs and trading agreements.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through product ranging, distribution and new product development.
• Support sales forecasting, demand planning and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Product Development to meet customer requirements.
