Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group in Sydney is seeking reliable, hands-on team members to join our Retail Division, supporting supermarket store refit projects across New South Wales.

This casual role involves working Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, with full training, safety guidance, and buddy support as you refresh aisles and install ESL.

You will need a positive attitude, good attention to detail, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain an OH&S White Card.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Update and build aisles using planograms.
• Install and update ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels).
• Adjust, remove or install store shelving.
• General aisle housekeeping and manual handling.
• Work efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Take direction from onsite team leader.

Job description

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our Retail Division in Sydney, supporting major supermarket store refit projects across New South Wales.

If you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your effort come to life each shift, this is the role for you. Full on-the-job training and support provided. This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeks

• Adjusting, removing or installing store shelving
• General aisle housekeeping and manual handling
• Working efficiently to meet project timelines
• Taking direction from the onsite team leader

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence + reliable transport
• Retail, planogram or ESL experience highly regarded
• OH&S White Card (or willingness to obtain)
