Job summary

OneReach, Wesfarmers' retail media network, is seeking a proactive sales support professional based in Sydney to back our NSW team. You’ll help move proposals, campaigns and reporting from start to finish while building strong relationships with advertisers.

Working with NSW Senior Sales Managers, you’ll coordinate proposals, media schedules and client communications, develop presentations, manage timelines and support campaign delivery, reporting and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Sales support, account management or coordination experience in media/advertising.
• Client and stakeholder engagement with diverse audiences.
• Strong planning, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations and media schedules.
• Learning agility, curiosity and desire to grow in media/sales.
• Adaptable, proactive and ownership-minded in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Support the NSW sales process from proposal through campaign delivery and reporting.
• Develop proposals, presentations, media schedules, and sales collateral.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Assist with business development and prospecting activities.
• Coordinate media bookings, campaign delivery, assets and schedules.
• Prepare campaign reports and insights for clients.
• Maintain CRM records, trackers and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, retailer and operations for seamless delivery.
