Job summary

Wesfarmers' OneReach retail media team in Sydney seeks a proactive sales support professional to back the NSW client portfolio. You’ll learn from senior Sales Managers, coordinate proposals, campaigns and reporting, and help deliver exceptional client experiences across multiple leading brands.

Based in Sydney, you’ll build capability in retail media and media sales while coordinating cross-functional inputs from internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, account management or coordination in media or retail.
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient presentation and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Learning agility, proactivity and drive to develop in media or sales.
• Ability to own responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the NSW sales process from proposal through to campaign delivery and reporting.
• Attend client meetings, coordinate follow-up actions and ensure high-quality client experience.
• Research advertisers and identify opportunities to support targeted prospecting.
• Coordinate media bookings, asset delivery and implementation schedules.
• Prepare campaign reports and presentations communicating recommendations and results.
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation to keep information accurate.
• Collaborate with sales, retailer and operations to improve processes.
