Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Leading, training, and mentoring front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering, and general administrative duties.
• Driving sales and ensuring brand standards are met across all shifts.
