AASHAPURI PTY LTD T/A Pizza Hut Pimpama is seeking a passionate Retail Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pizza Hut store on a full-time basis. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a sizable team, and drive a positive in-store experience.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to enhance service quality and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail leadership role, 1-2 years preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sizable team and drive customer service.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
• Diploma level qualification or higher in Leadership/Management/Business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including sales and service.

AASHAPURI PTY LTD T/A PIZZAHUT PIMPAMA seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pizza Hut store on a full-time basis. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a sizable team, and drive a positive in-store experience.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management

Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies

Manage rostering and staff scheduling processes

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability

Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring store operations stay within financial guidelines

Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain adequate stock

Develop and implement performance plans

Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations

Drive visual merchandising and business development initiatives

About you

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail store or related environment, with 1-2 years of experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing a sizable team

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive a positive in-store experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in computer skills

Any relevant qualification (Diploma level or higher), such as in Leadership, Management, or Business

A passionate attitude that inspires the team to exceed goals

Knowledge of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
