As Karrinyup Car Wash continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our car wash and detailing outlet. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, driving sales and executing smooth operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the car wash and detailing outlet.
• Lead and manage frontline staff, including detailers, cashiers and service coordinators.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.

• Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, customer retention, service times and feedback scores.
• Handle customer issues, resolve complaints and ensure timely service delivery.
• Implement marketing campaigns, upsell services and drive customer engagement.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and quality protocols.

About you

• Minimum 3+ years of retail or service outlet management experience.
• Prior experience in the automotive, hospitality or franchise operations space will be highly regarded.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Proven track record of hitting sales and customer service targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
