Early Settler is seeking a dynamic Retail Consultant to join our store team in Ipswich. You will deliver personalised service, understand customer needs, and guide them to furniture and homewares that suit their space.

• 2 years retail experience in home/lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to engage with our customers to bring their vision for their home to life.

• Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer's needs and recommend items that match.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge to accurately describe product features and benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate - inform customers about sales and promotions
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate our values in action during every customer interaction
• Ensure store presentation consistently aligns with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist, resolve or escalate all customer concerns in an appropriate and timely manner
