Job summary

Ipswich National Retailer in Ipswich, QLD is seeking motivated Retail Salespeople to join its team. You will report to the Store Manager and ideally have experience in retail, sales or customer service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This full-time position offers ongoing salary reviews, training, career progression and a supportive team, with opportunities to grow within the national business. Applicants must be available to work one weekend day each week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and learn.

Responsibilities

• Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and information.
• Providing accurate information about products, features and services.
• Informing customers about current promotions and offers.
• Handling customer queries and providing solutions.
• Maintaining merchandising and store displays.
• Supporting day-to-day store operations.
• Participating in regular sales and customer service training.
• Must be available to work one weekend day each week as part of an 11-day fortnight.
