Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Grocery Manager.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied and employee interactions are positive.
• Handling cash and end of day checking.
• Developing and coaching the team.
• Presentation, merchandising and stock management.
• Meet audit and compliance standards.
• Assist in Storeroom and Delivery duties.
• Minimise waste and drive operational efficiency.
