Private Advertiser on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail operation. You’ll be on the floor, guide your team, and own stock, service levels and store results.

You’ll manage a team of 10–15, drive customer experience, and be commercially minded with a focus on accountability and growth. Regular weekends off and structured rosters support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• You have managed a retail store or high-volume operation such as fast food, fuel site, hospitality, pharmacy or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor and own day-to-day store operations.
• Develop and coach a team of 10–15 staff to meet targets.
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and merchandising.
• Oversee stock management and loss prevention.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.
