Tiffany & Co. Australia and New Zealand invites an experienced Retail Director to lead our luxury network across Australia and New Zealand on a 9-month parental leave contract.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive sales growth, client relationships and operational excellence, partnering with Store Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional Tiffany client experiences. This role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen and the ability to travel regularly

Qualifications

• Significant senior retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or a premium customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site retail operations and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and sales targets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Retail Director is a key member of the ANZ Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for executing the retail strategy, performance, and operations across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a network of luxury retail stores, partner with an experienced leadership team, and drive commercial performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

About The Role

As Retail Director, you will lead the execution of the retail strategy for the ANZ market. You will work closely with Store Leaders and cross-functional partners to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence across the region.
