Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Director to join the ANZ leadership team on a 9-month parental leave contract. You will lead the retail strategy, performance, and operations across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Managing Director.

You will partner with store leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence while delivering exceptional Tiffany client experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant senior retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or premium environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and deliver commercial results.
• Track record of developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail performance across Australia and New Zealand with accountability for sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, budgets, and talent plans.
• Coach Store Leaders to maximise performance and leadership capability.
• Drive client development initiatives and exceptional Tiffany client experiences.
• Partner with marketing, HR, merchandising and operations to meet objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve performance.
• Embed company-wide programs and retail excellence initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
