Job summary

David Jones is seeking a Retail Design Coordinator to support consistent and engaging store environments across our network. You will assist with brand design reviews, refine creative concepts, and coordinate the implementation of design initiatives with internal and external partners.

You will collaborate closely with the Retail Design team to deliver innovative in-store experiences, preparing reviews and approvals, and building strong relationships with Brand Partners.

Qualifications

• Assisting in maintaining brand design guidelines to ensure alignment with strategy and customer experience.
• Coordinating brand design intent across the store network.
• Assisting with preparation, review, and coordination of retail design packages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand design guidelines aligned with strategy and customer experience.
• Coordinate design review processes across refurbishments and rollouts.
• Prepare and review retail design documentation for new stores and initiatives.
• Ensure design standards and quality control across projects.
• Liaise with brand partners and suppliers to meet brand requirements.
• Track project programs across refurbishments, rollouts and initiatives.
• Support concept research and development to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure design solutions are functional, scalable, and commercially effective.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
