Seed Heritage is seeking a Department Manager for our Booragoon Concept Store on a permanent, part-time basis. You will lead a passionate team, drive customer engagement, and build a high-performing culture while delivering a premium shopping experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to showcase styling expertise, manage stock, and coach and develop teammates. The role offers progression within our iconic Seed Heritage brand within Brandbank Group.

Qualifications

• Hands on and strong leader who can motivate and mentor a team.
• Passion for styling with an eye for detail to uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Exposure to stock volumes and stock management processes.
• Experience in preparing monthly rosters andadministration duties.
• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's & budgets.
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service.

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
