Officeworks is seeking a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) at the Aspley store. You will lead from the front, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving the team to achieve targets and KPI outcomes.

You will train, coach and develop the team, manage inventory levels, and ensure a safe, visually compelling shopping environment. A collaborative approach across departments will underpin store success.
