Job summary

Officeworks Ltd is seeking a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) in Doncaster, VIC. You will lead from the front, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and inspire your team to meet sales targets while staying positive in a busy environment.

You will train and develop staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the store delivers bigger things for our customers and community.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading retail teams and driving customer experiences.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to reach KPI targets.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Comfortable running a fast-paced store environment.
• Experience in inventory management and store presentation.
