Frontline Recruitment Group is assisting a major Australasian retailer in selecting an experienced retail leader for the Munno Para store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, manage stock, and drive visual standards and promotions to boost profitability.

The role is hands-on with a focus on team leadership, stock control, and delivering strong customer service in a high-volume environment. Relationship-building and a proactive mindset are essential.

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Experience with visual merchandising and retail presentation standards.
• Comfort with high volumes of stock and active retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store and department.
• Lead, coach and motivate team to deliver customer service and results.
• Monitor sales performance and department KPIs.
• Own stock flow, inventory standards and recovery.
• Maintain organised and efficient department with high stock volumes.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
• Plan and execute catalogues and promotional activity.
• Initiatives to improve stock integrity and profitability.
• Lead by example on the shop floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Support a positive, high-performing team culture.
