Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced retail leader to join the Munno Para store as Department Manager, furnishings. This hands-on role balances people leadership with stock control, merchandising and driving commercial performance on a busy department.

You will lead a team on the shop floor, set standards, and look for opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability while maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of a retail team on a busy floor.
Strong stock and stockflow management experience.
Ability to drive customer service and commercial results.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store and department.
Lead, coach and motivate team to deliver service and results.
Monitor sales performance and work towards department KPIs.
Take ownership of stock flow, recovery and inventory standards.
Manage high volumes of stock while keeping the department organized.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
Plan and execute catalogue campaigns and promotions.
Lead by example on the shop floor and improve processes.
