Job summary

Stratco is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to join our Ormeau team. You will assist customers by phone and email, process online orders, and coordinate with our 3PL to ensure timely delivery. You’ll work with retail, manufacturing and dispatch teams to keep customers informed; this is a full-time role with a clear career path.

You’ll receive product and systems training to build industry knowledge and advance your career with a long-standing Australian company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or internal sales.
• Experience in building, manufacturing or construction industries is a plus.
• Good computer and data entry skills.
• Confident when communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests.
• Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems and processes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity is available for a Retail Customer Service Officer to join our team at Ormeau.

Working primarily with customers by phone and email, you will provide helpful, efficient service while supporting the accurate processing of online orders and placing orders on our 3PL to supply online orders. You will also work closely with our retail, manufacturing and dispatch teams to keep customers informed and ensure their orders progress smoothly.

You will work alongside our Retail Call Centre and will be required to answer inbound customer calls during peak times. This is a full-time position.

You will receive product and systems training, making this an excellent opportunity to build your industry knowledge and develop your career with a large Australian company.
