Job summary

Reece Group in Gympie is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to help builders, interior designers and homeowners navigate renovation projects and select bathroom and plumbing products. You will manage quotes and orders via email and phone and help customers visualise spaces using our 3D Planner.

You’ll visit customers onsite, maintain strong relationships and ensure the showroom runs smoothly. Reece promotes from within and supports ongoing development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships with customers.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow in a bathroom/plumbing showroom context.
• Comfortable with a computer and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the showroom team in Gympie, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
