Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking a Part Time Concession Manager for Unison in the Myer Wagga Concession Pads. In this role you will lead a small team, drive a memorable customer experience and collaborate with state leadership to build a profitable store.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters and stock while aiming to exceed sales and KPI targets in a fast-paced retail setting. This part-time position runs Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive sales through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-focused culture with a seamless shopping experience.
• Mentor and coach team members through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Partner with State Leadership to drive store profitability and KPI targets.
• Motivate the team to meet sales, wage and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Oversee rosters, back-of-house admin and stock control.
• Permanent Part Time role with a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
• Lead a team of 2–5 staff, encouraging growth and high performance.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen to exceed store budgets.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Permanent Part Time position with a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
• Experience in managing teams of up to 2-5 team members in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
