Job summary

W3Global in Sydney, Australia is looking for a senior leader to head the commercial building and facilities management division.

You will manage retail construction, refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and minor works projects, while building strong relationships with national clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You will also oversee project delivery, budgeting, procurement, WHS compliance, and mentor site teams to ensure quality across all programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial building and facilities management division.
• Manage retail construction, refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance, and minor works projects.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and project budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing national clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reporting.
• Manage project schedules, procurement, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and client requirements.

• Mentor and support project supervisors and site teams.
