Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead the management of Rundle Place, a premier retail asset in Adelaide, SA. You will oversee financial performance, operations, leasing and retailer relations to maximise asset value for Growthpoint Properties Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the role leads Administration, Operations, and Marketing Managers, ensuring peak professional standards and strong client satisfaction. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail property management experience with knowledge of property functions and Retail Tenancy Act (SA)
• Proven ability to lead a centre team and manage complex leasing and operations
• Strong financial acumen with reporting and budgeting experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, business plans, monthly reports and forecasts.
• Oversee operations to minimise liability and ensure OH&S compliance.
• Lead leasing activity, retail mix, documentation and disclosures.
• Develop marketing strategies and manage retailer relationships for performance.
