Job summary

JLL in Adelaide is seeking an Executive, Leasing to join our dynamic leasing team across commercial office and retail properties. You will identify and execute strategic leasing opportunities, working closely with Directors and senior staff to deliver outcomes for property owners, occupiers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and maintain organisation with initiative.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver's license with ability to conduct property inspections.
• Experience as a leasing executive or property professional is highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Property, Business, Finance, Law or equivalent qualification.
• Professional accreditation or licensing in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to prepare and present proposals to property owners and advisors.
• Appraise property owners and their advisors of current market conditions including lease rates and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and execute marketing strategies and advertising schedules to maximise outcomes for vendors.
• Negotiate agency agreements on commercial terms in accordance with current legislation.
• Attend internal and external meetings including property inspections with interested parties.
• Maintain vendor contact via phone, email, reports and other communication methods.
• Manage file documentation and CRM records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless transaction execution.
